System Error w/Many 3rd Party Apps (?)

Recently purchased a new (boxed) 3650, I've installed a few 3rd party apps. All but one of them (AppMan) when launching produces "System Error" dialog box message. Any suggestions? I believe I'm installing correctly, the one 'AppMan' app works fine, the other apps; mostly highly popular I.M. and 'Call Recorder' apps i've tried - all the same result - won't launch. Any suggestions friends?
